Faculty of Science Scholarships were awarded on October 23rd at the University of Sherbrooke. For the past six years, Alithya’s scholarships reward the best students in Computer Science from the University of Sherbrooke.

This year, six students of the Math-Info program were awarded a scholarship of $ 1,000 each provided by Alithya. The recipients for 2013 are:

• Jérémie Coulombe and Jean-Philippe Morin, bachelors of science in image science and digital media
• Antoine Desbois, Jean-Frédéric Laprade and Benjamin Rancourt, bachelors in computer science
• François Gagnon, bachelor in business informatics

For the second consecutive year, Charles Gingras, Director Consulting Services, who graduated from the University of Sherbrooke in 1994, had the honor of presenting these awards to deserving students on behalf of Alithya.
