Montreal, September 24, 2018 — Alithya, one of the most prominent private strategy and digital technology consulting firms in Canada, is proud to announce that Nathalie Forcier has been appointed Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary.
“I am very pleased that Nathalie Forcier is joining our organization at this strategic time in our history. Nathalie’s extensive experience in securities law as well as in mergers and acquisitions will certainly be a great asset to Alithya,” said Paul Raymond, President and CEO of Alithya.

She has held management positions in the legal department of major technology companies, as well as having been a partner at a large law firm. Her extensive experience includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate secretariat, as well as local and international corporate reorganizations.
“I am very excited by this new challenge,” said Nathalie Forcier. “Alithya has experienced strong growth over the last few years and I am very pleased to have this opportunity to support the company’s ambitious growth strategy.”
Marc Cantin, who took on the duties of the company’s legal affairs over the past four years, will remain in the organization and will be collaborating with Ms. Forcier on several projects that require legal expertise, thus ensuring continued management of those projects.
