Paul Raymond, President and Chief Executive Officer, is proud to announce the nomination of Harold Arsenault as Vice President of our Quebec City office effective today.  He succeeds Mr. André Dostie, who took a well-deserved retirement. Mr. Arsenault joined Alithya Québec in 2011 and was until recently Vice-President of our Ottawa-Gatineau office.

A graduate of Royal Military College in Saint-Jean in 1986, Mr. Arsenault was assigned to several air operations as an officer and Chief of Mission. He also completed his MBA at the University of Sherbrooke and then managed the specialized training and management consulting team for the Canadian Forces. In 2001, he left the military life to pursue his career in business optimization through the use of information technologies. He worked in IT firms and IT consulting to optimize clients’ business, but also those firms for which he worked.

In the course of his career, Mr. Arsenault led many teams of professionals in training and consulting. He has managed and contributed to many continuous improvement, business process and strategic planning projects. He has been involved in the areas of air operations, implementation of best management practices within the Canadian Forces and IT business solutions.

Mr. Arsenault’s arrival within our Québec team reflects a commitment to continue his business career as part of a strong and talented team. Mr. Arsenault is an outstanding leader, who will continue to contribute to Alithya success and confirms our commitment to building a world-class team to ensure Alithya’s growth.
