Originally utilizing Alithya for end user how-to application support and managed helpdesk capabilities, TRC has since expanded their legacy contract to include additional services to meet the needs of their organization. TRC now leverages Alithya to manage all IT helpdesk tickets, Microsoft how-to support, and new employee onboarding. With the help of Alithya, TRC can now onboard staff quickly, provide new employees with customized training, and easily scale up support as needed with Alithya’s cost-for-growth service model.

To further provide their organization with ongoing support, TRC also deployed Alithya’s continuous learning platform to users. Employees can access the platform anytime through the Alithya Learn Now app, a Microsoft Teams app that serves as a single access point to a variety of training and learning resources. With this continuous learning platform, TRC employees are getting 24x7 access to tools that help them better use their Microsoft applications, including on-demand phone and chat support, instructor-led webinars, and Alithya’s self-paced learning through videos, skill tracks, and tutorials.
