We are looking for a team lead, Human Capital Shared Services, who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the team of technicians. You will coordinate tasks and projects to ensure team efficiency and performance, while being a key point of contact for operational and Human Capital issues.

  • Supervision:

    • Supervise and support team members daily;

    • Allocate tasks and projects according to team members’ skills and workload;

    • Serve as a resource for the team, offering technical and operational advice.

  • Planning and Coordination:

    • Collaborate with the Shared Services manager in planning and coordinating team activities to achieve set objectives;

    • Ensure project deadlines and objectives are met while maintaining high work quality.

  • Process Improvement:

    • Identify opportunities to improve internal human resources (HR) processes and offer effective solutions;

    • Collect and analyze HR data to assess process efficiency, and make improvement suggestions.

  • Project Management:

    • Manage HR projects autonomously or semi-autonomously, depending on their complexity;

    • Oversee project implementation stages, ensure compliance with defined objectives and meet deadlines.

  • HR Audits and Reports:

    • Conduct audits of various platforms to ensure proper operation and compliance;

    • Create documents and reports according to Human Capital operations and business partners needs;

    • Provide background investigation reports when required.

Does this sound like you?

  • Diploma of College Studies (DCS) in HR management, business administration, or a related field (asset);

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR team, preferably in team management;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;

  • Analytical skills to evaluate processes and make improvement suggestions;

  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards objective achievement;

  • Ability to:

    • manage and resolve conflicts effectively, with a diplomatic approach;

    • organize, plan and coordinate team activities effectively.

  • Oral and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.


Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a daily basis with employees and managers outside of Quebec, as well as to read, understand and produce documentation.
