Your role, your impact

As a Senior Dynamics 365 Partner, Strategic Clients, you will report directly to the Director, Business Solutions. Your main objective will be to lead and expand business development activities in the province of Quebec for Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will manage your client portfolio and ensure client satisfaction. You will be responsible for accounts and for proactively identifying strategic business opportunities to support our clients in achieving their business objectives and solving their challenges, particularly in the areas of customer engagement and project portfolio management.

You will engage directly with our strategic clients and be responsible for building long-term, trusted relationships with them to design and implement proposals that leverage our expertise in business strategy, application services, enterprise solutions, and data and analytics. If you are motivated and stimulated by the prospecting and sales of solutions related to technology initiatives, then this is the role for you!

Your day-to-day

  • Drive profitable growth by contributing to the development of innovative, market-relevant strategies to increase market share or create new markets;

  • Identify and capitalize on strategic opportunities with key clients, while developing new opportunities within your portfolio;

  • Ensure the growth of strategic accounts by developing annual plans for the accounts under your responsibility and executing strategies to generate new sales;

  • Participate in the oversight and governance of all engagements sold and being delivered within your portfolio;

  • Work with delivery teams to maximize the potential of existing clients and partners;

  • Play an active role in drafting proposals to clients and negotiating agreements.

Keys to your success

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, technology or a related field;

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in management or technology consulting, with proven experience in managing complex mandates and projects, as well as a solid track record in business development;

  • In-depth knowledge of customer engagement and/or project portfolio management solutions, with the ability to anticipate trends and propose strategic solutions tailored to the changing needs of the market;

  • Extensive knowledge of the products, key players and technologies related to the Microsoft ecosystem;

  • Demonstrated influencing and strategic negotiation skills, combined with advanced expertise in analyzing client needs and developing high-impact business proposals;

  • In-depth understanding of our products, our competition in the sector and our market positioning.

  • French: Proficient
  • English: Advanced

Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, an advanced level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a regular basis with clients outside of Quebec.
