Your role, your impact
As the Senior Advisor, Global Talent Attraction Performance, Centralized Services, you will report to the Senior Manager, Global Talent Attraction (GTA), Centralized Services. You will be responsible for leading the implementation and maintenance of GTA systems and tools, data integrity, reporting, analytics and budget, as well as process changes associated with those tools and systems. You will serve as the direct liaison between the GTA, IT and Finance teams.
Your day-to-day
Systems and tools:

Define requirements, implement, and manage the core Talent Attraction systems and tools;

Identify and recommend technical solutions based on research to address opportunities to improve existing processes and optimize operational effectiveness of our systems;
-
Lead project implementation and optimization of new systems and tools within the GTA team (i.e., applicant tracking system [ATS], system integrations, add-ons, automations, etc.);

Develop and maintain guidelines, standards and controls to ensure data integrity and functionality by resolving problems and recommending solutions to meet requirements;
-
Manage system bugs (troubleshooting), change requests and prioritization process, perform minor configurations and user acceptance testing;
-
Coordinate major change requests with IT as needed;

Lead informal teams through system and process changes;

Act as the ATS subject matter expert (SME) and provide systems support to all end users;

Develop and deliver training, user guides, and facilitate communications to ensure end user understanding of ATS and processes.
Data integrity, reporting and analytics:
-
Act as the GTA data integrity, security, reporting and analytics SME and partner with GTA leadership to identify and refine data and key metrics requirements;

Establish strict access controls to limit data access to authorized personnel only;

Establish data retention guidelines for GTA, and define and implement processes for automatic deletion of data;
-
Implement safeguards for automated decision making and ensure compliance with internal policies;
-
Investigate data discrepancies and implement data integrity strategies (audits, training and others) to ensure accuracy and integrity of key data points, and ensure information is available on a timely basis;

Design and execute reporting and analytics strategy, leveraging data visualization (dashboards) for executive presentations and leadership reporting.
Budget:

Lead the GTA budget centralization and build tools to optimize budget tracking and forecasting activities;

Oversee the monthly budget consolidation process and present results, gaps and opportunities to the GTA leadership team;

Participate in GTA annual budget cycle activities with Finance and the GTA leadership team, and support forecasting exercises;

Act as the main point to reference for the GTA team and Centralized Services Coordinator for budget management;
-
Participate in budget audits and investigations with the Finance team and external vendors as needed.
Keys to your success

University degree, college diploma or equivalent professional experience with a focus on human resources information systems, business administration, accounting, computer science, or a related field;

Minimum 8 years of experience, including 5 years in a similar role;
-
Experience leading teams through projects and process changes;
-
Exceptional ability to listen to the voice of the customer;
-
Demonstrated ability to create, maintain, and analyze data in spreadsheets, reports, and charts;
-
Ability to build strong partnerships with external vendors and partners;
-
Strong analytical mind with a sense of urgency and self-initiative for continuous improvement;
-
Strong sense of autonomy, organization skills and ability to work independently in a global matrix environment;
-
Capable of communicating and supporting employees at all levels of the organization.

Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a daily basis with employees and managers outside of Quebec.
