Your role, your impact
As a senior advisor, executive and strategic hires, you will join our Global Human Capital team. You will spearhead talent attraction efforts for corporate functions, ensuring the recruitment of top-tier, innovative leaders in the industry. This role demands a strategic thinker with profound expertise in talent attraction, exceptional communication skills, and a strong passion for driving recruitment excellence.
You will be based at Alithya’s office in downtown Montreal, preferably observing a hybrid work model.
Your day-to-day

Act as a trusted partner to the Enterprise Services leadership on Talent Attraction strategies, market mapping and talent identification;

Formulate and execute sophisticated talent attraction strategies to secure top-tier talent for corporate functions;

Oversee the entire talent attraction process, from defining the hiring needs, sourcing talent, evaluations, and extending offers;

Act as a market expert for the corporate function roles that you will be supporting;

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and hard-to-fill roles;

Ensure an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the talent attraction process;

Serve as a brand ambassador, enhancing Alithya’s reputation and visibility in the talent market.
Keys to your success

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field;
-
Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic sourcing and direct headhunting, with a focus on corporate functions.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software;

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
-
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
-
Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a daily basis with employees and managers outside of Quebec.
