Take your ambitions to the next level

As a project coordinator, you will partner with Alithya engagement leaders and consulting team members to assist with delivering high quality projects within the established schedule and budget constraints.
 

  • Provide project financial information to the project leadership team, including actual hour tracking and forecast to complete;

  • Facilitate the project status reporting process by delivering scheduled and upcoming work plans to the consulting team;

  • Monitor and escalate open issues and risks to proactively encourage issue resolution;

  • Create documentation and collateral materials in support of the project team. This can include presentation materials, meeting summaries, and RAID log maintenance;

  • Support engagement leaders with the transparency and management of staff augmentation projects.

Does this sound like you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, MIS, or a related discipline or 2 to 4 years of relevant experience;

  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies;

  • Technical competency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email messaging tools;

  • Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment with minimal work direction;

  • Strong organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills;

  • Previous experience with quality assurance (an asset).
