As a principal consultant, Oracle Cloud Financials, Managed Services, you will collaborate with over 300 certified consultants, including Oracle ACEs who have in-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud applications such as Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Human Capital Management (HCM). You will work closely with our clients, understanding their unique challenges and tailoring solutions that drive efficiency and growth. From rapid deployment to ongoing managed services, you will adapt to evolving business needs.

  • Provide:

    • day-to-day functional support to Oracle Cloud practice clients for the Financials and Procurement modules in a help desk shared services environment using the Jira ticketing system;

    • post-production support for live clients, with occasional opportunities to work on mini-projects and footprint expansions.

  • Design, develop, test and implement Oracle Financials projects;

  • Customize Oracle applications for optimal performance;

  • Resolve technical and operational issues in a timely manner;

  • Respond quickly to client queries and concerns;

  • Identify functional gaps and propose corrective actions;

  • Work with multiple clients from various industries;

  • Receive training and learn additional modules.

When it just clicks!

Does this sound like you?

  • Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience with Oracle ERP products (implementation, upgrade or support);

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Oracle ERP Cloud Fusion (implementation or support);

  • Expertise in the following Oracle Cloud Fusion Financials modules:

    • Accounts Payable;

    • Accounts Receivable;

    • General Ledger;

    • Fixed Assets;

    • Cash Management.

  • Knowledge of:

    • Expenses, Intercompany, PPM (Projects, Project Financial Management) and Procurement modules (asset);

    • Financial Reporting Studio FRS and Oracle Cloud Reporting (OTBI) (asset).

  • Experience with the Jira ticketing system and SmartView (asset);

  • Strong organizational, multitasking and planning skills to provide services to multiple clients on a daily basis;

  • Ability to:

    • organize;

    • work with a team as well as independently;

    • manage time effectively.


Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, an advanced level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a daily basis with employees and managers outside of Quebec.
