Your role, your impact
As a Pre-sales Solutions Architecture Advisor, you will play a key role in the strategic positioning of Alithya’s solutions for clients in a variety of sectors. Your mission will be to help organizations identify and design solutions tailored to their needs, while leveraging your technical expertise and client relationship management expertise. You will be at the forefront of initiatives to introduce innovative solutions and strengthen Alithya’s position as a trusted partner in digital transformation.
If you have experience in delivering projects related to data, RPA automation, artificial intelligence, cloud solutions, digital transformation coaching or enterprise solutions implementation (CRM, ERP), and if you enjoy collaborating with clients to solve complex challenges, then this is the role for you!
This role involves travel approximately 10-20% of the time.
Your day-to-day

Work with internal teams and clients to understand their business needs and propose appropriate technological solutions;

Design functional and technical architectures, taking into account the strategic objectives and constraints of client projects;

Prepare and lead presentations for clients, including solution demonstrations and detailed technical proposals;

Act as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders by offering innovative and strategic solutions;

Participate in networking events, conferences and workshops to promote Alithya’s expertise and develop business relationships;

Work with delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to project execution;

Acquire knowledge of new technologies and solutions in order to broaden your skills and act as a versatile contact for clients.
Keys to your success

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in technology projects;

Expertise in at least two of the following areas: data, RPA automation, artificial intelligence, cloud solutions, application modernization, digital transformation strategy, implementation of CRM or ERP solutions;

Ability to interact with clients effectively and present technical and strategic solutions at public meetings and events;

Experience in the design of solutions in complex environments and in Agile delivery;

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new areas of technology to meet client needs;

Willingness to travel approximately 10-20% of the time.
Extra edge

Experience in large-scale digital transformation projects;

In-depth knowledge of the main cloud providers (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).

Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a daily basis with clients outside of Quebec.
