Your role, your impact
As an Oracle practice solutions consultant (Pre-Sales), you will be responsible for providing business and product expertise, along with technical support to assist the sales team through all stages of the sales process. In collaboration with sales representatives, you will help close new business and achieve booking sales quotas.
You will build and develop trusting relationships with the sales and delivery team, the Oracle sales team, and prospects and clients to ensure effective collaboration and enhance our standing as the trusted advisor to our partners. This is a pre-sales role with limited billable activity.
Your day-to-day

Assist sales in bids, proposals, and estimates. This includes, but is not limited to, discovery, scoping, estimation, sales presentations, and RFI and RFP responses;

Support sales through the delivery of product and solution demos, including standard Oracle demos, custom demos prepared by the solutions consultant on behalf of a prospect, and Alithya’s own business content and solutions;

Collaborate with delivery to ensure that estimates are timely, accurate, and actionable;

Deliver client-facing presentations during sales cycles, demonstrating ease in front of senior leadership and C-suite representatives;

Support marketing in creating and delivering content, such as blogs, webinars, and conference events;

Engage in a limited number of consulting activities to support delivery, including product education, executive dashboard and report development, and assessment and strategic roadmap (business analysis) support.
Keys to your success
-
5 to 10 years of experience with financial applications;
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM applications;

Broad capabilities in Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Supply Chain Management (SCM);

Strong technical knowledge;
-
Understanding of the market space;

Ability to perform under pressure and within tight time constraints;

Strong business, presentation and organization skills.
Extra edge

Strong background and understanding of financial applications, and domain knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM applications.
