Provide domain, functional and technical expertise to effectively design and implement Oracle Financial Close and Consolidation Cloud Service (FCCS);

Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables for Oracle EPM projects;
-
Work with companies on-site or remotely to deploy Oracle EPM;
-
Guide clients through Oracle-delivered functionality and advise them on best practices;
-
Map business processes to delivered functionality;
-
Document client requirements, configure application functionality and assist with testing;
-
Maintain ongoing relationships with clients;
-
Collaborate with peers to continuously improve the delivery model to provide the most value to customers while increasing project delivery efficiency;
-
Work with and mentor junior-level associates to ensure their professional growth and ability to contribute to company growth.

Does this sound like you?
-
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), or relevant experience;
-
Minimum of 7 years of experience with Oracle EPM Close applications:
-
Hyperion Financial Management (HFM);
-
Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS);
-
Account Reconciliation Manager (ARM) and/or Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS);
-
Financial reporting and Smart View.
-
-
Over 3 years of implementation experience with the above products, including:
-
Analysis of business requirements;
-
Writing of functional specifications;
-
Testing and troubleshooting;
-
Interfacing with clients and business users.
-
-
Understanding of the Financial Close and related best practices;
-
Experience:
-
with consolidated financial statements;
-
with foreign currency translation and intercompany eliminations;
-
with multi-GAAP and IFRS accounting practices;
-
with advanced scripting;
-
leading small teams (2 to 4 people);
-
leading design sessions;
-
creating requirements and design documents.
-
-
Familiarity with:
-
joint ventures, complex ownership structures, and equity method accounting;
-
project management methodologies and Microsoft Project.
-

Ability to create parallel testing strategy and approach;
-
Leadership capabilities: proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment;
-
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;
-
Detail-oriented, self-starter, with strong troubleshooting and interpersonal skills;
-
Strong team player with the ability to work independently and be accountable for results;
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to articulate solutions clearly.

Travel to client sites may be required up to 20% of the time. Candidates can be located anywhere in the U.S. and will report to our office in Alpharetta.
