Take your ambitions to the next level

  • Contribute to and understand Alithya’s unique intellectual property in healthcare;

  • Provide domain and functional expertise;

  • Assist with:

    • Oracle EPM implementations and support EPM sales cycles from a technical perspective;

    • aligning business processes to EPM needs, as well as breaking down EPM content for healthcare business users and leaders;

    • testing around healthcare functional processes;

    • outlining reporting needs and ensure implementation of technical leading practices are followed by team members;

    • clients and delivery teams with fit-gap design principles and the configuration of that content;

    • the development of Alithya healthcare solutions;

    • healthcare presales where technical insights are required, including the development of estimates;

    • writing and publishing a technical blog or white paper focused on healthcare-related implementation topics each quarter.

  • Plan the technical lead on all healthcare EPM projects;

  • Implement, lead and assist other consultants;

  • Create and implement technical standards for healthcare planning implementations and other operational accelerators that will be developed and added to the overall planning process.

Does this sound like you?

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), or relevant experience;

  • Business process expertise in operational planning;

  • Implementation knowledge, skills and experience of Hyperion/Oracle on-premises and cloud planning;

  • Proven ability to:

    • use fit-gap design principles that facilitate the re-use of existing solutions;

    • work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently and be accountable for results, and leadership qualities;

  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment;

  • Excellent skills in:

    • troubleshooting and resolving problems;

    • facing clients;

    • verbal and written communication to articulate solutions clearly to non-technical audiences.

  • Detail oriented, self-starter with strong interpersonal skills;

  • Flexibility to join required calls that may fall outside of a normal workday (8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.) due to client time zones.
