As an Oracle HCM functional analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. Your expertise will be a crucial in resolving critical issues and driving continuous improvement, making you an essential part of the team’s success.
 

  • Support internal experts in analyzing, understanding and defining their needs and business processes to guide them in choosing appropriate technological solutions that are fully integrated into the enterprise architecture;

  • Configure applications according to internal client needs and specifications;

  • Support internal experts in the conversion of entities to be integrated, and ensure that data is extracted (or collected), cleaned and loaded into the Fusion platform;

  • Monitor and/or implement solutions with internal clients regarding the status of various requests related to requirements and deliverables, both in project mode and for continuous improvement, and provide support for related issues;

  • Develop unit, integrated and system tests;

  • Implement applications by defining parameters and integrating them into the system;

  • Follow up on critical and repetitive problems with a major impact, and ensure their complete and definitive resolution.

Does this sound like you?

  • University degree in computer science or any other related field;

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a functional analyst with Oracle Cloud ERP;

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, specifically with the HCM Core, Time and Labor (OTL), Benefits, Absences, Compensation and Payroll modules;

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively;

  • Client focus and an ability to ask clarifying questions;

  • Professional rigour, meticulousness and attention to detail;

  • Team spirit and ability to maintain good relations with colleagues;


Assets:

  • Oracle Cloud certification;

  • Knowledge of tools related to the data import capability of the various Oracle Cloud Fusion applications: Import Management, External Data Integration Services, REST/SOAP API Services and FBDI.

  • Knowledge of French.

Language skills:
  • English: Proficient
