We seek thought leaders to help pave the way for our clients and our Cloud service line development. Our Oracle Cloud professionals reduce cost and support innovation for clients at the enterprise level by managing business requirements and leading the functional design, prototyping and process design stages of Oracle Cloud implementations.
 

  • Lead:

    • the design and development of Oracle ERP Cloud implementations related to information technology operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for applications;

    • development activities in a cross-functional environment, including teams spanning the enterprise and third-party vendors;

    • overall onshore and offshore development teams, and manage technical activities for multiple client projects.

  • Manage team members in the design and development of Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM and SCP application integrations, data conversations and reports;

  • Proactively identify and communicate messages and updates regarding blockers, dependencies, risks and status to all project stakeholders;

  • Create and maintain accurate and unambiguous technical design documents with appropriate levels of detail in a standardized format;

  • Demonstrate:

    • strong prioritization, sense of ownership and focus skills with multitasking and competing priorities, and know how to make the right trade-offs;

    • excellent verbal and written communication with good presentation skills.

  • Mentor:

    • developers leading in technical design and develop and execute the day-to-day activities of Oracle Cloud engagements for a variety of clients, including process design, implementation life cycle and post-go-live support;

    • team members, develop their talent, and challenge the status quo, to achieve skills and positive project outcomes.

  • Participate in the estimation of technical activities by following best practices and industry guidelines;

  • Update and track budgets against actuals of technical activities in project financial documentation, and provide a weekly status report;

  • Act as the gatekeeper of all technical project activities and ensure the quality of deliverables is top-notch;

  • Assist with the development of standards, procedures and processes for optimum delivery of technical components of our client projects;

  • Perform:

    • light project management, and ensure tasks are completed on schedule and within the established budget;

    • other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Does this sound like you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering or a related field (asset);

  • Certification in Oracle Cloud application technology (asset);

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience with Oracle applications, including 2 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud ERP applications as a technical lead or manager;

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with ERP or Cloud data conversion processes, inbound and outbound integrations, using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA, BI Publisher and PaaS Integration Cloud Service (ICS);

  • Experience:

    • leading full life cycle Oracle Cloud implementations for large complex client deliveries;

    • with SQL and PL/SQL, OTBI, BIP, RTF templates, FBDI and HDL and workflow tools;

    • working in a sprint-driven, Agile project environment and traditional Waterfall methodologies.

  • Strong knowledge of software development principles, processes, concepts and techniques;

  • Knowledge of Java, XML, JDeveloper, Visual Builder Cloud Service, Groovy Scripting, and Cloud Framework native to Oracle Fusion Applications;

  • Deep technical knowledge at the table level of Oracle modules related to Financials and/or HCM:

    • Some examples include AP, AR, GL, Procurement, CM, Core HR, Payroll and Benefits.

  • Deep understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, Oracle Cloud ERP and building ETL-based integrations through the APIs;

  • High-level knowledge of the Oracle Cloud Fusion Security framework;

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
