As an Oracle EPM support consultant, you will provide day-to-day functional support to Oracle EPM clients (Hyperion On-Prem and EPM Cloud) across multiple industries for Essbase, Planning (PBCS), Data Management and EDM products in a shared services help desk environment using the Jira ticketing system. You will also have the opportunity to receive training and learn additional modules.

  • Process support tickets, recommend enhancements and optimize client processes, on or across multiple products and platforms;

  • Provide remote post-production support for live clients;

  • Support clients via MS Teams, email and the Jira ticketing system.

Does this sound like you?

  • Finance/accounting background: CPA or BBA;

  • Minimum of 5 years of implementation or support experience;

  • Strong experience with Hyperion On-Premises and Oracle Cloud EPM Planning and Budgeting;

  • Experience with:

    • Oracle reporting (FRS, SmartView);

    • FDMEE/Data Management/EDM.

  • Expert-level knowledge of Essbase, Hyperion Planning and Cloud Planning/PBCS;

  • Ability to understand and modify complex business rules;

  • EPM Automate and batch scripting experience (asset);

  • Ability to organize and multi-task, work with a team as well as independently and manage time effectively;

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
