Take your ambitions to the next level

  • Provide:

    • domain, functional and technical ability needed to effectively implement Oracle EPM Planning Cloud and related technologies;

    • Oracle EPM Planning Cloud techno-functional consulting services related to planning form development, navigation flows, basic data integration, business rules, reporting and security. 

  • Coordinate with the onshore resource to: 

    • Understand business requirements and design elements of a solution from both functional and technical perspectives;

    • Delegate tasks to offshore development team;

    • Define testing approach and acceptance criteria.

  • Contribute to development activities (hands on the keyboard);

  • Manage Oracle EPM Planning Cloud offshore team members in consulting services and career development. 

  • Demonstrate:

    • excellent verbal and written communication with good presentation skills;

    • strong prioritization, sense of ownership, and focus skills while multitasking with competing priorities.

  • Proactively identify and communicate delivery updates to all project stakeholders;

  • Mentor offshore developers through training, development, and quality control of day-to-day activities for Oracle Planning Cloud engagements;

  • Perform light project management and ensure tasks are completed on schedule and within the established budget.

Does this sound like you?

  • At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent);

  • Oracle certification (asset);

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Oracle EPM Planning Cloud, working as a senior professional managing the team with techno-functional abilities or as an individual contributor;

  • Experience leading full life cycle Oracle Planning Cloud implementations for large, complex client delivery, with a deep understanding of underlying business processes;

  • Experience with Oracle Planning Cloud purpose-built modules including: 

    • Financials;

    • Workforce;

    • Capital;

    • Projects.

  • Extensive experience in narrative management reporting;

  • Strong knowledge of software development principles, processes, concepts, and techniques;

  • Leadership capabilities with proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment; 

  • Ability to work:

    • independently and in collaboration with teammates, while being accountable for results;

    • effectively in a remote model with clients and peers.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to plan work effort and manage priorities; 

  • Detail oriented, self-starter with strong interpersonal skills;

  • Flexibility to take part in key project activities (e.g., client calls or team collaboration sessions) that may fall outside generally accepted business hours;

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;

  • Excellent verbal and oral communication, including presentation skills.
