As an Oracle EPM PCM Cloud professional, you will provide the domain, functional and technical ability needed to effectively implement Oracle PCM applications.

  • Design, develop and implement solutions using Oracle PCM to support financial planning and analysis processes;

  • Coordinate with onshore resources to:

    • understand business requirements and design elements of a solution from both functional and technical perspectives;

    • delegate tasks to the offshore development team.

  • Define a testing approach and acceptance criteria;

  • Contribute to development activities (hands on the keyboard);

  • Manage Oracle PCM offshore team members in consulting services and career development;

  • Demonstrate:

    • excellent verbal and written communication with good presentation skills;

    • strong prioritization, sense of ownership, and focus skills while multitasking with competing priorities.

  • Proactively identify and communicate delivery updates to all project stakeholders;

  • Mentor offshore developers through training, development and quality control of day-to-day activities for Oracle PCM engagements;

  • Perform light project management and ensure tasks are completed on schedule and within the established budget.

Does this sound like you?

  • At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent);

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience with Oracle PCM, working as a senior professional managing the team with their techno-functional abilities, or as an individual contributor;

  • Oracle certification (asset);

  • Deep level of experience in narrative or management reporting and EPM dashboarding;

  • Experience leading full life cycle Oracle PCM implementations for large, complex client delivery, with a deep understanding of underlying business processes;

  • Strong knowledge of software development principles, processes, concepts, and techniques;

  • Design and develop Oracle PCM applications, including data models, calculations, forms, reports, and dashboards;

  • Ability to:

    • design and implement PCM applications as per business needs by creating, maintaining metadata, hierarchies, dimensions, rule sets, rules and formulas;

    • maintain data integration processes between Oracle PCM and other systems, ensuring data consistency and accuracy;

    • provide technical support and troubleshoot system-related problems and resolve them by working closely with end users to address their needs;

    • work independently and in collaboration with teammates, while being accountable for results;

    • work effectively in a remote model with clients and peers.

  • Flexibility to take part in key project activities (e.g., client calls or team collaboration sessions) that may fall outside generally accepted business hours;

  • Leadership capabilities with proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment;

  • Self-motivated with an ability to plan work effort and manage priorities;

  • Detail oriented, self-starter with strong interpersonal skills;

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;

  • Excellent verbal and oral communication, including presentation skills.
