Take your ambitions to the next level

  • Provide:

    • day-to-day support to Oracle Cloud HCM clients with a focus on the HCM Talent Management modules, including Recruiting (ORC), Performance Management, Learning and Help Desk;

    • support for multiple clients from various industries using MS Teams and the Jira ticketing system;

    • remote postproduction support for live clients.

  • Process support tickets and recommend enhancements;

  • Optimize client processes on multiple platforms and for multiple products.

Does this sound like you?

  • Minimum of 5 years of:

    • Oracle consulting experience (implementation or support);

    • experience with Oracle Cloud HCM applications.

  • Experience with the following Talent Management modules: Recruiting (ORC), Learning, and Performance Management/Goals;

  • Knowledge of the Core HR, Help Desk, Time and Labor, Absence Management, Benefits, Fast Formulas, and Reports (OTBI) modules (asset);

  • Ability to:

    • work with a team as well as independently;

    • manage time effectively.

  • Team spirit and positive attitude;

  • Excellent multitasking, organizational and communication skills.


Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, an advanced level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a regular basis with employees and managers outside of Quebec.
