Take your ambitions to the next level

  • Configure, build fast formulas, load and validate data files in Oracle Cloud HCM to meet the unique business needs of Alithya’s client base;

  • Work:

    • in tandem and effectively communicate with the onshore lead consultant;

    • on data migration activities, ensuring the accurate and secure transfer of HR data from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud HCM;

    • with peers to continuously improve the delivery model in an effort to provide the most value to clients while increasing project delivery efficiency;

    • with and mentor junior-level associates to ensure their professional growth and ability to contribute to company growth.

  • Interpret the configuration workbook and configure clients’ environment based on specifications within the workbook;

  • Migrate configurations between environments;

  • Identify:

    • functionality gaps and develop solutions to them;

    • and resolve issues during the testing phase.

  • Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, application extensions, and develop functional specifications for these deliverables;

  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the proper functioning of configurations and integrations to ensure smooth handoff to the onshore consultant.

Does this sound like you?

  • Bachelor’s degree;

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a functional lead role;

  • Oracle certification (asset);

  • Oracle Cloud Benefits and Absence Management experience required;

  • Experience with:

    • configuration, data conversions, and fast formulas;

    • additional modules, such as HR Core, Time and Labor, and Payroll (asset);

    • leading previous implementations (asset).

  • Knowledge of Cloud HCM processes;

  • Ability to effectively work in a remote model with clients and peers;

  • Demonstrated ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner;

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;

  • Self-motivation and ability to plan the work effort and manage priorities;

  • Passion in delivering great experiences in a consistent manner and superior quality work products to clients.
