As an Oracle Fusion Cloud functional analyst, you will join our internal support team dedicated to the use of Oracle by corporate teams. More specifically, you will be responsible for supporting users in the finance team in Canada and collaborating with the internal audit team in establishing and maintaining IT general controls (ITGC).

Support users of Alithya’s financial and project modules in their use of Oracle Fusion Cloud;

Propose and implement solutions based on Oracle best practices;

Assist internal users in the analysis, understanding and definition of their needs and business processes to guide them in selecting appropriate technological solutions that are fully integrated into the enterprise architecture;

Configure applications according to user needs and specifications;

Monitor and implement solutions for internal users, in continuous improvement mode, and provide the necessary support to resolve problems;

Develop and execute functional, integrated and system tests;
-
Track and resolve critical and recurring issues with major impact;

Manage client expectations, resolve technical issues promptly and maintain high service levels in accordance with established service-level agreements (SLAs);

Understand and document stakeholder reporting and auditing requirements.

Does this sound like you?

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or other job-related training;
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a functional analyst with an Oracle software package (Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle E-Business);

Experience with financial and project/PPM modules (GL, AP, AR, project billing, etc.);

Experience working as part of an application support team;
-
Mastery of various Oracle audit concepts: unified audit, audit policies, conditional audit, granular audit and audit roles;

Familiarity with service-level agreements (SLAs), service-level objectives (SLOs), and the management of incidents, problems, service requests, knowledge and client relationships;

Ability to maintain good relationships with clients and set priorities;

Excellent written communication skills, and an advanced level of English required to collaborate with users based in the U.S., Canada, England and other countries.
Assets:
-
Oracle ERP (Oracle Accounting Hub Cloud, Oracle Financials Cloud, GL, Payables, Receivables, Oracle Revenue Management Cloud) and ITIL certifications;

Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, customer service and the use of a ticketing system;

Knowledge of Oracle EPM.
