Take your ambitions to the next level
In this role, you will provide expertise to effectively implement and deliver Oracle Cloud ERP solutions to our clients. These solutions involve implementing the Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM), Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Financials (FIN) modules, among others.

Provide technical expertise through a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud, specifically:

HCM, SCM and FIN modules;

tables, data and structures.

Work with:

architects to define architecture models and design critical integrations;

team members from the beginning of the product lifecycle through the application release.

Use OTBI, HSDL/HDL, REST APIs, FBDI, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Mirth Connect;

Create technical specifications for detailed application design;
-
Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues;
-
Maintain code quality through unit testing;

Document the code appropriately for maintainability;

Conduct design and code reviews to ensure design principles are followed;

Act as a mentor to others on programming issues.

Bachelor’s degree or higher education;
-
Minimum of eight years of experience with Oracle ERP implementations;

Experience with a flexible, innovative and fast-paced work environment;
-
Superior communication skills (written, spoken and presentation), with the ability to communicate and interact with senior- and executive-level management and influence outcomes;

Previous healthcare or hospital industry experience (asset).
