Oracle Cloud EPM Engagement Leader

Your role, your impact

As an Oracle Cloud EPM engagement leader, you will oversee the effective implementation and delivery of Oracle Cloud EPM solutions for our clients. These solutions include implementing Oracle Cloud modules such as EPBCS, PCMCS, FCCS, and ARCS. Your primary focus will be on achieving the program’s objectives while ensuring open and transparent communication throughout the process. You will be accountable for the successful delivery of projects, leading to new opportunities with existing clients. Additionally, you will build strong, trusted advisor relationships with client leadership and will generally maintain a consistent presence across all engagements and opportunities with individual clients.

Your day-to-day

• Manage the coordination of partners and working groups engaged in project work;

• Provide Oracle EPM multiproduct solution architecture guidance and advice to clients and application track delivery teams, assisting with best practices in reporting, master data, data, and the overall business processes;

• Provide guidance and leadership to the Alithya project delivery team;

• Serve as the primary point of escalation for project issues and challenges;

• Meet regularly with project managers to ensure accurate forecasting of hours and continuous management of the budget, comparing actuals to forecasts and ensuring alignment with the forecast to completion;

• Manage project deliverables in line with the statement of work;

• Monitor the project progress and performance;

• Lead a cooperative, motivated, and successful team focused on a common goal;

• Serve on the project steering committee and report status where appropriate;

• Manage project evaluation and dissemination activities;

• Manage consultancy input within the defined budget;

• Work closely with client program management and key leaders to ensure the project meets business success measures.
