Oracle Cloud EPM Engagement Lead

Your role, your impact

As an Oracle Cloud EPM engagement lead, you will provide top-level oversight and guidance to effectively implement and deliver Oracle Cloud EPM solutions, including modules such as EPBCS, PCMCS, FCCS, and ARCS, among others. Your primary focus will be on achieving program objectives while fostering open and transparent communication. You will build strong, trusted-advisor relationships with client leadership and ensure your presence across all engagements and opportunities with individual clients. Additionally, you will be accountable for the successful delivery of projects, paving the way for new opportunities with existing clients.

Your day-to-day

• Coordinate partners and working groups engaged in project work;

• Ensure project deliverables align with the statement of work;

• Oversee project evaluation and dissemination activities;

• Manage consultancy input within the defined budget;

• Provide guidance and leadership to our internal project delivery team;

• Function as the primary point of escalation for project issues and challenges;

• Meet with project managers on a regular basis to ensure the forecast of hours and the continuous management of the budget (actuals and forecast to completion);

• Monitor project progress and performance;

• Lead a cooperative, motivated and successful team focused on a common goal;

• Act as the connective tissue to solve complex challenges when needed;

• Sit on project steering committees and report the status when appropriate;

• Work closely with clients’ program management and key leaders to ensure projects meet business success measures.
