We are seeking a highly motivated, career-oriented Oracle Cloud Core HCM Technical Consultant to join our growing offshore Oracle Cloud Applications Centre of Excellence (COE) team. Your primary responsibilities will be to convert legacy data to the Oracle Cloud format, build fast formulas, and load and validate data files in the Oracle HCM Cloud to meet the unique business needs of our client base. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about consistently delivering great experiences and superior quality work products to our clients.

  • Collaborate:

    • closely and communicate effectively with the functional lead consultant;

    • extensively with functional project team members responsible for developing specifications for reports, interfaces, data conversions, and application extensions;

    • with the team to continuously enhance the conversion process, ensuring data accuracy and reducing overall conversion time.

  • Lead discussions with functional and client teams on data conversions, integrations, and reports related to HCM modules;

  • Interact directly with the client to address needs related to templates, error resolution, field explanations, and other technical inquiries specific to conversions;

  • Convert the data and report conversion statistics;

  • Identify and resolve issues during the conversion process;

  • Conduct data migration activities, ensuring the accuracy and security of HR data converted from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud HCM;

  • Guide and mentor junior associates, fostering their professional development and empowering them to make meaningful contributions to the company’s success and expansion.

Does this sound like you?

  • Bachelor’s degree;

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical lead role;

  • Oracle Cloud Core HR experience (required);

  • Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment;

  • Experience with Visual Builder Studio and Page composer tools;

  • Highly skilled in Oracle Cloud HCM data conversions;

  • Expertise in multiple modules, including Core HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Performance, Talent, and Compensation;

  • Proficient in a range of HCM technical tools:

    • HCM Data Loader (HDL), HSDL, HCM Extracts, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI reporting, and FastFormula.

  • Strong technical skills in HCM solutions;

  • Practical expertise in configuring and managing various Oracle HCM components, including Flexfields, Functional Setup Manager, user-defined tables, lookups, and value sets;

  • Self-motivation and ability to plan work effort and manage priorities;

  • Ability to effectively work in a remote model with clients and peers;

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;

  • Demonstrated ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Assets:

  • Oracle certification;

  • Professional experience with Oracle Integration Cloud.

  • English: Proficient
