Your role, your impact
As an Oracle Cloud Benefits and Compensation Senior Consultant, you will provide domain, functional and technical expertise. Your prior track record working with Oracle Cloud HCM modules (primarily Benefits and Compensation) and prior related business experience will be key to your success.
Please note that this role is open to candidates across the United States.
Your day-to-day

Provide techno-functional expertise on projects and initiatives involving Oracle Cloud ERP HCM/Benefits and Compensation modules as well as its integration with other internal and external boundary applications;

Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle Cloud functionality;

Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables;
-
Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them;
-
Configure the Oracle Cloud applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups;
-
Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions/fast formulas;
-
Interact with project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs and application extensions;

Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts;
-
Support clients with the execution of test scripts;

Develop end-user documentation and training materials;
-
Deliver end-user training;
-
Provide status and issue reports to the project manager on a regular basis.
Keys to your success

Bachelor’s degree;
-
Minimum 5 years of Oracle Cloud Benefits implementation experience;
-
Experience with the business processes in HCM modules specifically Benefits and Compensation.

Previous implementation lead experience;
-
Ability to work well in a team environment;
-
Self-motivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities;
-
Detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Extra edge
-
3 years of Oracle Cloud Compensation implementation experience;
-
Prior experience leading an HCM implementation.
