We are seeking a highly organized and proactive office manager to manage day-to-day administrative tasks to keep our office running smoothly. If you are resourceful, efficient at multitasking, and excel in providing excellent customer service while supporting various departments with their administrative needs, then this role is for you.

Oversee general office operations, including maintaining supplies and equipment, and managing third-party vendor and service provider relationships to ensure quality service and support;

Greet visitors, answer phone calls and manage incoming and outgoing mail;

Coordinate appointments, meetings and events, managing scheduling conflicts and updating team calendars as needed;

Assist the executive team and department managers with clerical duties, such as data entry, document preparation and report generation;

Coordinate with building management for maintenance and safety compliance;
-
Oversee daily tasks to maintain a clean, orderly, and inviting office, including tidying common areas, ensuring workspaces are clean, and managing light upkeep;

Support HR in the onboarding of new employees, maintaining employee records and organizing company-wide communications;

Track office expenses, assist with budget management and prepare reports for the finance department;

Organize team-building events, office lunches and other company gatherings.

Does this sound like you?

High school diploma;
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience in office management, administrative support or a similar role;

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software (e.g., MS Teams);

Ability to prioritize effectively and handle unexpected challenges in a fast-paced environment;

Strong attention to detail ¤and adaptable;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
