As a project control administrator, you will be an integral member of the project, responsible for assisting in project management, accounting, and reporting to ensure smooth project operations. To succeed in this role, you must be experienced in balancing several requests simultaneously without losing focus on priorities, and managing various workloads across competing workstreams, while ensuring the completion of assigned tasks.

  • Maintain and establish document control for compliance by becoming familiar with the unique aspects of the program, in accordance with policies and procedures;

  • Enter accurate and timely project status notes into the proprietary project tracking system;

  • Support the project manager in the program and project financial management;

  • Prepare, submit and file reports, specifications, correspondences, spreadsheets and presentations to ensure the highest quality of editing and formatting, following branding guidelines;

  • Use the financial systems to assist the project manager in reviewing project the financial performance;

  • Collaborate with coworkers, clients and vendors;

  • Support the program by reviewing project forecasts, updating systems, and managing all compliance-related tasks for backlog and ETC consolidations.

Does this sound like you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field;

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in project management or a related role;

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Excel, PowerPoint);

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to in project documentation and reporting (calculation of budget, forecast, and remaining values);

  • Ability to work under pressure, independently and as an effective, engaged team member to identify issues and develop effective solutions;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Language skills:
  • French: Proficient
  • English: Proficient

Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a regular basis with employees and managers outside of Quebec.
