Take your ambitions to the next level

  • Design the Microsoft Dynamics 365 system architecture according to customer requirements;

  • Provide functional guidance on complex implementations pertaining to:

    • presales conversations, at a minimum, when it nears the SOW phase;

    • sales to service.

  • Offer expertise and recommendations for the installation maintenance and system upgrade;

  • Configure the Dynamics 365 system and support data migration;

  • Oversee operations of secure and highly available the platform server and networks;

  • Provide guidance:

    • on add-on solutions and integration discussions;

    • to implementation teams on CRP planning, execution, and evaluation.

  • Stay informed about new features, functionalities, and industry-specific knowledge across various manufacturing sectors, including Process, Discrete, Food, Pharma, Chemical, and Building Materials;

  • Validate and approve complex customizations on assigned implementations;

  • Assist and empower junior consultants on implementations;

  • Manage 4 to 6 active projects (billable), executing the following responsibilities:

    • Conduct project audits;

    • Oversee the initiate phase and the Fit/Gap review;

    • Perform CRP and readiness assessments;

    • Conduct complex customization reviews;

    • Ensure project support and solutioning;

    • Assist with complex implementation-specific issues;

    • Oversee implementations staffed by junior consultants.

Does this sound like you?

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher;

  • Minimum of 10 years of implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O;

  • Previous experience within the manufacturing sector, including Process, Discrete, Food, Pharma, Chemical and Building Materials verticals;

  • Practical experience with multi-phase, globally delivered F&O implementation projects;

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 in on-premises implementations and environments;

  • Proficy in:

    • highly available scalable Dynamics 365 infrastructure architecture;

    • disaster recovery/business continuity infrastructure patterns practices and implementation.

  • Strong technical, architecture and leadership skills;

  • Familiarity with relational database concepts;

  • Ability to:

    • meet deadlines using strong organizational skills;

    • handle multiple activities in a dynamic and energizing environment.

  • Excellent team building, mentoring, and leadership abilities with a strong client services orientation;

  • Excellent presentation, communication, leadership, and client development skills to effectively present information to C-level management, public groups and board of directors;

  • Attention to quality, self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed.
