Take your ambitions to the next level

  • Provide day-to-day support for Oracle HCM Cloud clients, primarily for the payroll module using Jira ticketing system;

  • Work with multiple clients from various industries, primarily health care;

  • Work on support tickets and recommend enhancements;

  • Optimize client processes, and deliver training, testing and footprint expansions;

  • Roll out new features with quarterly releases;

  • Provide remote post-production support for live clients;

  • Will be supporting clients Jira ticketing system.

Does this sound like you?

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle consulting (implementation or support) and Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM applications;

  • Healthcare industry experience (asset);

  • Expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional;

  • Assets:

    • Core HR, Benefits. Talent Management, ORC, etc.

    • OTBI reporting skills;

    • Fast Formulas;

    • HDL and HSDL.

  • Proficient in MS Office products, especially MS Excel, MS Teams and MS Outlook;

  • Ability to:

    • organize and multi-task, work with a team as well as independently with little or no assistance, and manage time effectively;

    • self-learn.

  • Positive attitude;

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
