Provide day-to-day support for Oracle HCM Cloud clients, primarily for the payroll module using Jira ticketing system;

Work with multiple clients from various industries, primarily health care;
-
Work on support tickets and recommend enhancements;
-
Optimize client processes, and deliver training, testing and footprint expansions;
-
Roll out new features with quarterly releases;
-
Provide remote post-production support for live clients;
-
Will be supporting clients Jira ticketing system.

Does this sound like you?
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle consulting (implementation or support) and Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM applications;
-
Healthcare industry experience (asset);
-
Expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional;

Assets:

Core HR, Benefits. Talent Management, ORC, etc.

OTBI reporting skills;
-
Fast Formulas;
-
HDL and HSDL.

Proficient in MS Office products, especially MS Excel, MS Teams and MS Outlook;

Ability to:

organize and multi-task, work with a team as well as independently with little or no assistance, and manage time effectively;
