We are seeking an international benefits and wellness advisor to support the Total Rewards team in the planning and execution of various programs and projects. In this role, you will contribute to the transformation of the employee experience through the management, implementation, improvement and administration of benefits programs, policies and procedures in Canada, the U.S. and internationally.

Manage Alithya’s employee benefits programs (group insurance, pension plans, telemedicine, employee assistance programs, etc.);

Oversee the global wellness strategy and the deployment of various global and/or regional activities;

Advise the company on benefits and wellness programs;

Work closely with members of the Human Capital (HC) team;

Participate in the implementation, improvement and monitoring of HC’s benefits and wellness processes;

Participate in and manage various projects (e.g., re-enrollment campaigns and group insurance rate renewals);

Act as an expert advisor to Human Capital technicians on more complex benefits issues;

Serve as a second-level contact for employee questions;

Participate in the acquisition integration process;

Conduct analyses and produce detailed reports on specific indicators related to benefits and wellness.

Does this sound like you?

Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, actuarial science, or another relevant field;

Minimum of 8 years of experience in the strategic management and administration of employee benefit plans in Canada, the United States and/or other countries;

Excellent proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools;

Proven ability to produce concise, accurate reports;

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a constantly evolving environment;

Sense of autonomy, resourcefulness and ability to prioritize.

Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a daily basis with suppliers outside of Quebec.
