Your role, your impact

As a Functional Consultant, Microsoft Dynamics 365, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that meet our clients’ business requirements and that integrate into their application ecosystem. Specifically, you will bridge the gap between the client’s business needs and the functional solutions to be implemented, while guiding the team and the client towards a successful implementation.

Your day-to-day

Analysis and definition of needs:

  • Conduct and document the analysis of client needs and business processes;

  • Guide the client in defining their needs;

  • Participate in the improvement of analysis processes and methodologies.

Design and integration of solutions:

  • Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, or Power BI;

  • Develop integration strategies.

Project monitoring and management:

  • Monitor the progress of the solution;

  • Ensure estimation and tracking of features;

  • Collaborate with the project manager and the development and infrastructure team;

  • Support functional design activities.

Testing and validation:

  • Define the tests to be performed;

  • Assist the client during the acceptance and deployment phase.

Training and support:

  • Define the client’s training needs;

  • Conduct workshops and internal training sessions for clients as needed.

Keys to your success

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management, or software engineering;

  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a business analyst;

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform;

  • Consulting experience;

  • General knowledge of Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Marketing, Services, Field Service).

Extra edge

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications.

Language skills

  • French: Advanced
  • English: Advanced
