Your role, your impact
As an Associate, Employee Lifecycle, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing processes related to employees throughout their lifecycle within the organization. You will coordinate hiring and departure processes, ensure the well-being of new employees through rigorous monitoring of their integration, and manage their files. You will also be responsible for updating files in the Human Capital management system, reports and statistics, benefits management, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Your day-to-day

Receive and process requests for salary adjustments, job changes and other Human Capital concerns, providing appropriate responses and solutions;

Manage and update personnel files, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements;

Coordinate hiring and departure processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees;

Update documentation, including welcome presentations and tasks to be carried out in the first few days for new employees;

Provide integration follow-up to ensure the well-being of new employees and their successful integration into the organization;

Prepare and update various reports and statistics;

Manage enrollments and changes to employee benefits, including group insurance and RRSPs;

Answer questions related to group insurance coverage.
Keys to your success

Diploma in human resources, administration or related field;

Knowledge of processes, including hiring, onboarding and off boarding;

Proficiency in preparing reports and analyzing HR statistics;

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities while respecting internal administrative processes and policies;

Good communication skills to interact with employees and managers.
Extra edge

Previous experience in a similar role within an HR department;

Proficiency in the MS Office suite and Oracle.

Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the positiona proficient level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a daily basis with employees and managers outside of Quebec.
